Terms and Conditions of your stay

General

Cancellations – Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, full payment for the Apartment will be owed as a non-refundable cancellation fee. We do recommend that you take adequate holiday insurance out to cover overseen cancellations.

Should the apartment or bedroom you have booked become unusable for whatever reason prior to the date of your booking, then our obligation to you is

• endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation, of failing that,
• to reimburse you in full any monies that have been paid to us.

Arrivals and departures – Your room or apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Departure is requested by 10:30am in order to prepare for the next guests.

Applicable to Apartments

Pets are welcome in 2 of our apartments, Faskally & Killiecrankie. There is a supplement of £15 per week to cover any extra cleaning costs. All pets must have their own bedding, food and water bowl. If you want to allow them on the furniture please bring coverings with you .

Children - As we do not have the facility for extra beds, we regret we do not accept children.

Smoking - All apartments are completely non-smoking.

Care of the property – The client will be responsible for ensuring that the conditions of let are adhered to and is legally bound to notify Claymore of and breakages or damage to the property and to reimburse them of replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand. The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its contents and shall leave them in the same state of repair and clean and tidy condition at the end of the period of rental as provided at the beginning.

Breakfast - the apartmentsare strictly self catering and we can't offer breakfast

Dogs are welcome in Superior Double, Superior Twin, Superior Double Courtyard and Courtyard Suite by prior arrangement only. Please note - no dogs in the breakfast room. .
